Payment is expected at the time of service. We also understand that the unexpected happens. To help offset larger bills or emergencies that arise, we offer two really helpful payment programs:
- Cherry: Cherry offers 6 month interest free financing options and specifically approves vet care at Heritage Vet. The application process is speedy (can be done while at your appointment in under 90 seconds) and does not affect your credit score.
- CareCredit: this is a health and wellness credit card with financing options so you can pay over time. There are 6 month interest free financing options for purchases over $200. CareCredit is a great flexible option that can also be applied to human health services.
Please be aware that starting in January 2026, unpaid balances over 30 days old will accrue 10% interest charges. If you need additional help paying for emergency care OR spay/neuters, you can also reach out to WAIF to find out more about their Crisis Care and Spay/Neuter vouchers.
Farm call payments: A form of payment is required when scheduling a farm call. We do accept cash, checks or card (when able) on site. In the event that we can’t provide your invoice on site, we try our best to get invoices out and payments collected within 24 hours.
